Kain was abducted at the age of 5 by his mother Saori Tazumi（田住 沙織）to Japan on September 12, 2009. Most efforts to make contact with Kain have been ignored, but I was fortunate enough to have one precious Skype session in 2015 when he was 11 years old. Other attempts to contact his Japanese family, from his grandfather Kaname Tazumi to his aunt Akiko Tazumi have also gone unanswered. Police, court orders and the Department of State have all failed in the safe return of my child. We will never stop looking for you my boy, we love you and miss you very much. We will always be here waiting for you…
