Background

Tim Johnston was shocked when the March 11th 2011 earthquake struck. But was even more shocked when he texted and phoned his ex-Japanese wife of his 6 year old son(Kai Endo) and no calls were ever returned and only a text saying….see you in medation court. What?? He thought like they can see me now after such a tragedy. Finally after almost 3 months he was able to see his son after a family court request. He lives in the same town as his ex-wife. However has been denied in 4 years since the divorce only twice a week meetings in a park for 4 hours per month. This goes against all rights as a loving Father and is against his wishes. His son says I love you Papa and want to go to disneyland or the beach with you. He was never able to take his son to any of those places. He strongly urges Japan to sign the Hague convention immediately and more importantly implement all equal rights for all parents. This is ridiculous,He says…….Living in Japan and in the same neighborhood. Yet his ex-wife can play mental games with him and his child. Refuse all his familys gifts and money. Relatives also have rights. Japan stop the abduction and brainwashing of our kids NOW!!! and give us our rights to LOVE our CHILDREN. Children should not be treated like this and they should know they are loved. Think of us the parents having to discuss and think aboout this everyday. I can’t sleep at night have ulcers and have become easy to break down and sob just at the thought of where my son is and what is he doing? Is he happy? Is he watching his favorite cartoon etc. I love you and miss you Kai.
