About

Bring Abducted Children Home is dedicated to the immediate return of internationally abducted children who are being wrongfully detained in Japan. We also strive to end Japan’s human rights violation of denying children unfettered access to both parents.

  • Bring Abducted Children Home (BACHome) was established in 2010 to educate the Dept of State, Congress, the media and the public, and to raise awareness of the plight of 300 U.S. citizen children kidnapped to (and wrongfully retained) in Japan.

  • Since the establishment of a sovereign Japanese Government in 1952, Japan has NEVER returned a single abducted child.

  • The Government of Japan has never returned an abducted child in 58 years, making Japan a BLACK HOLE for child abduction since NO CHILD HAS EVER RETURNED.

  • Both children and parents are suffering from this terrible crime.  Join BAC Home on Facebook and help us end this injustice.

Parents with children abducted to Japan have been working with members of Congress to raise awareness of the human rights violations taking place in Japan.  American children, born of international marriages, suffer tremendously when the Japanese parent, in violation of U.S. and international laws, abduct children to Japan and isolate them from their U.S. parent, family, friends and country.  These children suffer from parental alienation syndrome, a recognized form of child abuse. These children develop numerous psychological, emotional and identity problems.

In many of these cases the Government of Japan has directly aided and abetted in the abduction of these children, and consistently refuses to assist in their return.  As such, Japan has been dubbed a haven for international child abduction. Members of the House of Representatives are calling on the Government of Japan to address this issue which currently affects the lives of over 300 American children and their loving left-behind parents.

We are currently filing with the IRS for our Not For Profit (NFP) Status. We are awaiting for this approval before donations can be tax deductible.
